Industrial Stainless Steel Food Colloid Mill Machine

The colloid mill is designed for wet ultra-fine grinding, emulsifying, and homogenizing. It processes granular or block materials into fine and uniform paste or slurry. Through strong shear force, friction, and high-frequency vibration between the rotating and fixed grinding discs, materials are efficiently ground and emulsified. It is widely used in food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

Working Principle:Materials enter the grinding zone through the inlet. Between the high-speed rotating rotor and the stationary stator, materials are subjected to strong shearing, friction, and extrusion through an adjustable gap, forming a fine and uniform paste before discharging.
