Working principle:
By the action of the high pressure water and strong bubble, the vegetables and fruits will be exploded, tumbled, cleaned and convoyed. The silt will sink to the bottom of the machine and will never go up to pollute the vegetables and fruit.
The floating sundries, worms, hair and others will be collected and then taken away. The clean vegetable and fruits will be washed again by spraying cleaner above and then delivery to next process.
Bubble generating device:
Located at the bottom of the cleaning tank, gas is injected into the water through an air pump or blower, generating a large number of bubbles.
During the process of bubble rising, the small impact force generated when the bubble bursts can effectively peel off the dirt and impurities attached to the surface of the food.
Spray system&Conveyor belt:
The spray faucet is located above the cleaning tank, and further flushes the residue on the surface of the food through the spray water. This system typically uses purified water to ensure that the cleaned food is clean and hygienic.
The conveyor belt is used to transport cleaned food and is composed of 304 stainless steel mesh belt or plastic chain plate, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Food enters the cleaning tank through a conveyor belt and is automatically output after cleaning is complete.
Electric control system:
Used to control the operation of the entire equipment, including bubble generation, conveyor belt operation, spray system, etc.
The operator can adjust parameters such as cleaning time, bubble strength, and water flow rate through the electronic control panel.
