Introduction:

1. Stone fruits:
The motor drives the rotor parts through the V-belt, and the fruits are fed into the machine through the feed port. The feeding blades convey the materials to the beating rods in a spiral, and the materials are mashed by the beating rods. Due to the centrifugal force, the juice and flesh (in pulp) in the materials pass through the sieve holes on the screen and enter the next process, while the cores are discharged from the discharge port by the discharge blades, thus realizing the automatic separation of pulp and slag.

2. Berries:
The motor drives the scraper installed on the spline shaft through the V-belt, so that the scraper installed on the spline shaft rotates at high speed. When the crushed fruit enters the machine through the feed port, the pulp retaining plate evenly distributes the material between the scraper and the screen. Due to the rotation of the scraper and the existence of the lead angle, the material moves along the cylinder to the outlet end, and the moving trajectory is spiral. The material is rubbed by the centrifugal force during the movement between the scraper and the screen. The juice and flesh (in pulp) pass through the screen hole and enter the next process (the double-pass pulping machine repeats the above process in linkage), and the skin and seeds are discharged from the slag hopper, thereby achieving the purpose of automatic separation. As long as the screens of different specifications are changed and the size of the lead angle of the scraper is adjusted, different pulping speeds can be changed, and the effect is very good.
